I am spending the week in Glenns, VA, at Rappahannock Community College working with a great group of teachers, most of whom will be Instructional Technology Resource Teachers for their school divisions next year. This new position was created by the Virginia Department of Education as part of the Standards of Quality and requires each division in the state to have one ITRT for every 1000 students.
